Cleaning & Care

Do not dry the product by exposing it to heat sources. We recommend hanging it away from heat sources so that it dries slowly.
Do not apply makeup, oils, alcohol, perfume, or chemicals directly or indirectly to the product.
Keep the product away from objects that may cause scratches, burns, or punctures. Avoid any conditions involving extreme movement or any physical action that could damage the product.
Unfasten the garment when sitting down to prevent wear and breakage of the snaps/buttons.
Store the product in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources and protected from sunlight.
For storage, use wide hangers with rounded edges. Cover the product with bags or sacks made of natural fibers, not plastic film, so that the product can breathe.
Air the product periodically in open spaces, but avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
We recommend having leather, wool, and cashmere products cleaned at specialized centers.

Product Warranty

The product comes with a 1 an warranty.

Product quality, safety, and trust are among Mareus's priorities. Therefore, all our products come with a warranty.

The warranty will be honored within a maximum of 30 days from the date the issue is reported through: product repair, product replacement if it cannot be repaired, or refund of the product's value if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

The warranty is valid only if the care, use, and storage instructions are followed. Normal wear of the product resulting from use does not constitute a defect covered by the warranty.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days, except during very busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the availability of materials and the time of year.

RETURNS

It's exactly as I expected, except for the size. Being oversize, order a size smaller than usual. I didn't have any more complications with the return, so I'll wear it...oversize.

The coat is absolutely gorgeous! The alpaca wool material is very pleasant, warm and of excellent quality, and the natural fur gives it an elegant and refined look.
