Product quality, safety, and trust are among Mareus's priorities. Therefore, all our products come with a warranty.
The warranty will be honored within a maximum of 30 days from the date the issue is reported through: product repair, product replacement if it cannot be repaired, or refund of the product's value if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
The warranty is valid only if the care, use, and storage instructions are followed. Normal wear of the product resulting from use does not constitute a defect covered by the warranty.
DELIVERY
For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days, except during very busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the availability of materials and the time of year.
RETURNS
If, after delivery, you notice that the product has damage or technical defects, you can contact us by phone or email to request its return to us. Or, if you have simply changed your mind, remember that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days.
