Return Form

According to the Romanian legislation in force, the renunciation of the purchase by unilateral termination of the contract can be done within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product and is applicable only to consumers, natural persons who purchased the product remotely in compliance with the conditions of GEO 34/2014.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The sale-purchase contract is concluded when the tax invoice is issued (this document takes the place of the contract according to Romanian legislation) and not when the order is placed or when the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email (or other means of communication).

How to generate a return request:

1. Fill in the 2 fields below and click on "Search order".
2. Select the products you want to return.
3. Enter your personal details in the return form and submit it.

Once it has been submitted, a MAREUS representative will review the form and send a courier as soon as possible to pick up the product.

ATTENTION: Make sure the product is in its original form, as delivered, unused, and in its original box.
