Return Form

According to Romanian legislation in force, the withdrawal from the purchase by unilaterally terminating the contract can be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product and is applicable only to individual consumer clients who purchased the product remotely in compliance with the conditions of GEO 34/2014.

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The conclusion of the sales contract takes place at the time of issuing the tax invoice (this document takes the place of a contract according to Romanian law) and not when placing the order or sending the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order by email (or other means of communication).

How to generate a return request:

1. Fill in the 2 fields below and click "Search for order".
2. Select the products you want to return.
3. Enter your personal data in the return form and submit it.

Once it has been submitted, a MAREUS representative will review the form and send a courier as soon as possible to pick up the product.

The shipping cost is covered by Mareus in the case of exchange for another product. In the case of refund, the cost will be covered by the customer, being deducted from the refunded amount or paid upon shipment.

ATTENTION: Make sure the product is in its original form, as delivered, unused, with labels and accessories attached.
