If the desired product size or variant is displayed on our website as "In Stock", then the product is available and can be ordered.
If a product is not currently in stock, the delivery time may take depending on the availability of materials. In any case, for exceptional delivery time situations, we will contact you after placing the order to send you the delivery time. About Orders & Payment
After visiting a product page, you will be able to add it to your cart. After you have chosen the products you want to order, you can visit your basket and then go to the Checkout page to complete your order. You can choose between several payment methods, such as cash on delivery, bank transfer or secure online payment with your card. Follow the steps in Checkout and it will be very easy for you to choose your preferred payment method.
Yes, for payment in installments we use the service of partners from TBI Bank. At checkout, select TBI BANK as payment method then place your order. You will be automatically redirected to the TBI BANK portal where you will fill in the necessary details for payment in installments.
About Shipping & Returns
For the products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days, except for very busy periods (eg Christmas, Black Friday). For products made to order, the delivery time can vary between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the availability of materials, but also on the period.
If after delivery you realize that the product is damaged or has technical faults, fill out the return form here . Or, if you've simply changed your mind, don't forget that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days. Yes! You can choose a different delivery address than your billing address in the checkout steps, and in the order notes you can specify all the necessary details for us to make sure we prepare the gift the way you want it.
