No. Mink = mink (same type of fur). The difference is only in name (regional/commercial usage). In general, male mink has larger pelts and slightly more robust hair, while female mink may have finer hair. However, the differences depend on the farm and the finish; it is the final product that matters.
Yes. Being a natural material, there may be slight variations in shade and texture. Upon request, we can send actual photos or video before delivery.
Choosing the right fur
Mink is one of the most durable and versatile furs, suitable for repeated wear.
The weight depends on the cut and execution technique. Models made using special techniques (layout) are lighter.
The warmth depends on the density of the fur, length, cut and lining. We advise you based on the temperatures you want to wear it in.
Long-haired furs may appear to shed more hair, especially in areas of friction. Proper maintenance is essential. Mink being a short-haired, dense fur, generally does not shed hair.
Care & storage
If the garment gets slightly wet, shake off excess water, place it on a wide hanger and let it air dry naturally (not near a radiator or dryer). After drying, shake again and brush gently with a special brush. For heavy moisture, we recommend professional cleaning.
A little hair loss, especially at the beginning or after storage, is normal. If you notice consistent heavy hair loss or gaps, it may be caused by excessive friction, humidity or improper handling. In this case, we recommend a showroom evaluation or professional cleaning.
On a wide hanger, in an airy space, without pressure between clothes, in a textile bag (not plastic), away from light and heat.
No. The fur needs to breathe; plastic and vacuuming can damage the skin.
Yes. Avoid applying perfume directly to the fur. For persistent odor, professional cleaning is required.
With a special fur brush, gently, in the direction of the hair.

About Shipping & Returns
For the products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days, except for very busy periods (eg Christmas, Black Friday). For products made to order, the delivery time can vary between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the availability of materials, but also on the period.
If after delivery you realize that the product is damaged or has technical faults, fill out the return form here . Or, if you've simply changed your mind, don't forget that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days. Yes! You can choose a different delivery address than your billing address in the checkout steps, and in the order notes you can specify all the necessary details for us to make sure we prepare the gift the way you want it.
Products delivered by courier are packaged in protective foil and placed in boxes for transport. They come with a textile cover and a special hanger.

Yes, we deliver internationally via DPD or DHL. Delivery time and cost vary depending on the destination. When completing the order you can select the delivery address and the shipping cost will be displayed. If you are unable to do so, you can contact us and we will help you place your order.
