Delivery and Returns
ABOUT DELIVERY
Mareus delivers ordered products throughout Romania . They will be shipped by courier services to the address specified in the order completion process. The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 working days, and for those on order, approximately 10-15 working days. The term is an estimate, changes may occur depending on the product, stock or the period in which it is ordered.
Shipping is free for orders over 700 lei, within Romania. Orders up to 700 lei have a flat fee of approximately 20 lei.
For international orders , the shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Upon completion of the order, the shipping cost will be displayed depending of the country. The delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 working days, and for those on demand, approximately 15-20 working days. The term is an estimate, changes may occur depending on the product, stock or the period in which it is ordered.
Packages delivered to European Union countries are exempt from customs duties.
For packages delivered to countries outside the European Union, the customs duties of the destination country will apply . Customs duties are NOT included in the product price and the customer is responsible for managing them, either using the customs clearance service of DHL Express, the shipping company through which we deliver the packages, or any other method preferred by the customer.
ABOUT RETURN
According to Romanian legislation in force, the withdrawal from the purchase by unilaterally terminating the contract can be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product and is applicable only to individual consumer clients who purchased the product remotely in compliance with the conditions of GEO 34/2014.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
The conclusion of the sales-purchase contract takes place when the tax invoice is issued (this document takes the place of a contract according to Romanian law) and not when the order is placed or when the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email (or other means of communication).
The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all accessories and accompanying documents, without showing physical changes, bumps, scratches, etc. to any of the listed elements. To be accepted, the product label must not be peeled off or torn from the product. The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer and the reimbursement of their value will be made within 14 working days from the date of termination and only by bank transfer or, in the case of card payments, direct refund to the card account. Return packages sent with cash on delivery by courier will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable.
The return is initiated through a return request, with the possibility of choosing one of the following options:
- Exchange for another product / another size
- The equivalent in money
- Product Modification/Repair
Withdrawal from the contract can be done by completing the online return form. This form can be found here .
Once it has been submitted, a MAREUS representative will review the form and send a courier as soon as possible to pick up the product. The customer can also opt to send the package to the Mareus warehouse, the address being:

The shipping cost is covered by Mareus in the case of exchange for another product. In the case of refund, the cost will be covered by the customer, being deducted from the refunded amount or paid upon shipment.
