Cleaning & Care

Do not dry the product by exposing it to heat sources. When the fur is wet, shake it gently, place it on a hanger, away from heat sources, so that it dries slowly.
Avoid excessive wetting or watering as water penetrates through the fur to the skin. As it dries, the leather will deform, tighten and become stiffer.
The direct or indirect application of make-up, oils, alcohol, perfume or chemicals to the product is prohibited.
Keep the product away from objects that can cause scratches, burns, punctures. Avoid any conditions of extreme movement or any physical action likely to damage the product.
We recommend avoiding wearing the product while driving. Using the shoulder straps or seat belt can cause wear.
Unbutton your coat when you sit down to prevent fraying and tearing of staples/buttons.
Keep the product in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources, away from sunlight.
For storage use wide hangers with rounded edges. Cover the product with natural fiber bags or sacks, not plastic wrap, so the product can breathe.
Periodically ventilate the product in open spaces, but without direct exposure to sunlight.
Natural fur products require specific cleaning, carried out ONLY in specialized centers.

The guarantee will be provided within 30 days from the notification date at most by:repairing the product ,replacing the product , if it cannot be repaired or returning the value of the product , if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

The warranty is only valid if the care, use and storage instructions are followed. Normal product wear and tear is not a warranty-related defect.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

For the products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days, except for very busy periods (eg Christmas, Black Friday). For products made to order, the delivery time can vary between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the availability of materials, but also on the period.
