Return Form

Under the Romanian legislation currently in force, withdrawal from the purchase by unilateral termination of the contract may be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and applies only to individual consumers who purchased the product remotely in accordance with the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product or, in the case of service provision, of concluding the contract.

The sales contract is concluded when the tax invoice is issued (this document serves as the contract under Romanian law), not when the order is placed or when the automated confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email (or other means of communication).

How to generate a return request:

1. Complete the 2 fields below and click "Search for order".
2. Select the products you wish to return.
3. Enter your personal details in the return form and submit it.

Once it has been sent, a MAREUS representative will review the form and send a courier as soon as possible to collect the product.

The shipping cost is covered by Mareus when exchanging for another product. In the event of a refund, the cost will be covered by the customer, being deducted from the refunded amount or paid upon shipment.

For international parcels, the shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange is NOT covered by Mareus.

ATTENTION: Make sure that the product is in its original condition, as it was delivered, unused, with the tags and accessories attached.
